You might want to get your iron and ferritin levels checked, along with a blood test. Plus a thyroid panel.
With anemia or thyroid issues, you often get dark circles or puffiness under the eyes.

That’s the first thing… the second thing—are you getting enough sleep?

As for advice:
- Gua sha massage under the eyes, preferably chilled from the fridge, in the morning, etc. I used to do it with ice, but it irritated my skin a bit, so be careful if you have sensitive skin.
- Vitamin C and hyaluronic eye serum. I don’t know what brands are available in your country. But I used Eveline.
- In the morning after waking up, apply a black/green tea compress. Keep them on your closed eyes for 10 minutes.

But really, the most important things are diet, sleep, and finding the cause. Mine decreased a lot after I sort of cured my anemia lol
Yeah, I know, everyone says that. You probably want a magic fix right now, but that’s how it is in most cases. Unless you have a genetic dark circles / eyebags.

And if you're referring to what's in the photo:

I don't think there's much you can do without cosmetic procedures or surgery
