Discussion What surgeries do you guys plan on getting?

but are you actually taking any steps of action to get a consultation and a surgery to ascend?

Me personally am saving up for a MSE at the moment

will follow up with a bimax which will take a while, then a rhino, then gonial/chin implants.

I'd suggest skipping the chin implants, it's better to do a geneoplasty, or even a filler(not sure about the filler though). The thing is that a chin implant could easily get infected and it might move around if it is not designed perfectly. You should definitely reconsider it. As for the other, I'm fully with you MSE, RPE or whichever of those are excellent to start before bimax, I would do bimax but Idk let's first see if you need it after the MSE

I was thinking of maybe doing the Genio during the Bimax procedure but am not too sure if its gonna add that masculine projection am looking for in the chin.

Genioplasties tend to give more pointy ish results similar to this:



I think I would look better with more bulk and mass on my chin similar to Salludon:



But I'll have to see after my bimax.

As far as my MSE, am just looking to address my narrow palate before going for a bimax, though am not too sure whether to go with a schwartz or a mandible widening appliance for my lower palate.

For the implants getting infected, am just gonna have to take that risk anyways since am gonna need more width on my lower third regardless. And I dont wanna opt for fillers. But am confident the implants are gonna work out well considering the new technology they have now which is super calculated and precise.

Typically, your lower teeth are overcrowded due to the palate being narrow, so I assume you wouldn't need the mandibular expansion. I wanted to do a mandibular expansion when I do the MSE too, but if you have enough room braces should be sufficient enough (btw don't consider Invisalign it might ruin your gums)
