Just had an ortho checkup for my overbite and they recommended several choices. I can get Damon brackets, traditional brackets, clear brackets, or retainers. What should I get?

They also complimented my wide palette and made me blush jfl

damon braces are better but idk about the other ones cuz i only had damon braces
