what is this around his mouth?
I know i caused by the lighting. My problem is that i have the same and even a little more visible. Does anyone know how to fix it ?

buccal fat. i think his lips are casting a shadow so it looks weird. the only way i know how to get rid of buccal fat is estrogen (it distributes lower facial fat to the upper and midface)

I looked up buccal fat I'm not sure its the same as that. What I was referring to is bulldog fat idk if that's the same as buccal fat

So its fat not some overgrown muscle ? (I am skinny-mascular and have almost to fat at cheeks)

I found this online, mine looks a little bit similar, but its not that much visible. It is only if the lighting make it.

idk. i had those before i took estrogen and was an incel. estrogen got rid of those and gave me a chadly jawline. but after i stopped estrogen, my natural male hormones are making my jawline saggy and frogjaw. and also sitting in cheap chairs has given me bad posture that made the frogjaw worsen.
