This was me almost about 2 and a half years ago

And this is me right now I have always faced a issue regardlessof what year in all 3 of them which is going to be my skin color/tone I want to know how I can best lighten my skinup and any other advice that the community might offer me to do this. In addition to my skin also my lips since they always change colors sometimes pink to dark brown it never choses a color i want help with that. Ovi the right now pick i didnt do my hair if i do it it looks like the one of prom day usually. So can the subreddithelp a brohter out and give him the best advice. Thanks!
