So i am 16(M) 5'8 50kg, puberty is started to hit now, but i wanna know that should i bulk up or lean max, cause people here are talking about that bulking is cope and it will make ugly too and it increase estrogen, so i wanna know what to do now i am underweight ik so should i bulk up in calorie surplus of 200 or more or less?? or should i just maintain weight whatever, this is my daily activity 6-7k steps (pushing 10k) workout calisthenics 45 min ppl, diet i eat around 80-85g of protein which mainly include a lot of diary. any guidance will be helpfull ty
