regular skin care routines and a LOT of water helped, I also got this face gel made for acne my doctor gave me.
aight bro i will do a skincare routine then, is a cleanser + moisturizer good? should i finish of with sunscreen? is there anything more to add?
I know skincare is needed obviously but what is it that take bad skin -> good skin and good skin -> great skin. You see some people and its like their skin is glowing
thanks man cheers

For me the thing that most worked was to be consistent about cleansing and moisturizing your face every day WITH SPF 50+ Sunscreen
Also for the brand I recommend Cetaphil or Cerave.
Drink A LOT of water or it wont work as well and you'll be bloated asf on your face.
If you get any pimples, DON'T pop them. let it stay there while your body fixes it in a few weeks.
You could take Accutane at doctors use which will still take a few months to get rid of pimples but you wont get pimples anymore because it shuts your oil glands permanently.
Hope this helped

skincare doesn't have to be super complicated, so stick with a simple routine of cleaner moisturizer and especially sunscreen. even during seasons that aren't hot putting on sunscreen (on the face obvi) is still important. you could always add a toner after cleanser but that's optional

I feel like people who have GLOWING skin obvi comes from consistent skincare that matches their skin type (and not using wtv product is trending at the time) but genetics can play a huge part in skin quality as well

I hope this helps ^^

ok man, i will follow your advice, however do you recommend any good simple brand? What I mean by simple is that it doesnt have to many chemicals since i know that the chemicals in skincare products and make up can absolutley mess with your hormone which doesnt sound appealing in puberty.
I take accutane btw
cheers

This is already too complicated
All u need is accutane and sunscreen

i take accutane actually, the recommendation is 2 capsules with 20 mg daily but i take 1 daily to decrease the side effects. i havent faced anything to bad so far but the lip dryness is annoying ngl
Good
Id take 20mg EOD to mitigate side effects even more but it depends on how fast you want results

it depends on your skin type but neutrogena oil free acne moisturizer has helped me along with their sunscreen
CeraVe is a good one too

Do you guys not sunbathe when it’s really hot then?

i guess i have oily skin however since i take accutane its probably more on the more dry side of things, should i still get products made for oily skin?

ah i see man, i just refer to goyslop as everything that makes you weak by design, love island is pure goyslop for example without being food
Js say _____slop
Anyways microdose accutane and sunscreen are great
Use cleanser then moisturizer if your skin gets dry
Thats about it

I jerk off 3-5 times a day and just rub it on my face, never looked better

this is the diet im trying to to, almost like keto if you have heard of it? bascially meat, raw dairy, eggs, some honey and some fruits. maybe vegtables in certain cases. thats it. i think it will be effective and is worth a shot.
