Fix my posture with Theo Tanchak guide
Feet strenght (relation with posture, core and glute health)
Hand strenght + Kegel excersices + Yoga + Breathing techniques
Active breaks in jobs
Eat more fruits and other foods to my diet

Time management and accountability
Learning to track my progress properly(journaling) and share it with friends irl to test my social skills, I need to learn to mask a lie a.k.a. learn rethoric, because Im "to honest"

Working on my "Time is money" theory, I already do 3 active breaks for 15 minutes, movement feels good man...

Pd: My hands are contracturated and weak, and im not a grandpa lmao I just use the pc in my work for 8 hours

Just wanted to say that it’s not worth putting too much effort into looks. Unless you wanna be a model or for some autistic reason want to be perfect, it’s really not a worthy ROI tbh. You don’t wanna end up being dependent on what others think about you

Yeah comes from the fact that you were bullied probably. Idk just don’t go too deep into looksmax, I wouldn’t get any surgeries apart from the strabismus one

End goal would be 10% bf (year round) good coloring, 220-200 lean and thats pretty much it. wouldnt sat im 2 far from my goal

I’ve softmaxxed a lot already. Completely improved skin quality, I have my eyebrows/eyelashes grown out and dyed dark, pretty much the softmaxxes I need now are hair and weight related. So I guess growing my hair out longer and doing some serums for thickness and health.
 
gotta start w getting back into the gym, rlly let myself go over the past year so gotta get that weight back down first n then ill c what i wna do next
 
softmaxxing wise i will keep pinning reta until i get as lean as i want, then aqualyx my face once i reach my desired leanness, lip filler, lip flip, maybe cheek filler to see how it looks and also maybe microblading but minoxidil has been working super well
