whats the best protein sources to eat

my main protein sources have been chicken breast and fish

we have ground beef as well but my parents dont use it

should i eat the beef raw
Eggs, canned tuna, chicken, and beef etc

Beef ideally in a stew so dutch oven or pressure cooked.
 
bro ive been doing fitness for about 4 years let me tell you what i eat

breakfast

4-5 eggs

dinner

chicken and rice with yogurt

thats been enough for me for the past 4 years

btw turkish yogurt not greek yogurt

yo i was just making a turkish nationalist joke lol just use whichever one has more protein it doesnt really matter tbh we only have turkish yogurt in turkey and its worked perfectly for me but if greek yogurt has more protein then id go with that

chicken breast is the best tbh
a lot of protein for little fat and calories
i lowkey love protein powder but most ppl would disagree on this one

Don't eat raw beef if your goals protein that wouldn't improve it. Eat ground beef, yogurt, milk, beans, and protein powder are good.
