every mornin i take shower with warm water then brush teeth then lips then wash face and every monday and 4th day of the week (i forgor what its called) wash my hair with shampoo and shave my face

How often do you bathe, and when you do, what is your routine?
Twice a day when i train.
I shower in hot water, i use a bar soap (Coast or Irish Spring), a psoriasis face cleanser, and a psoriasis shampoo for hair. Sometimes i shave face (with a safety razor, shaving cream, brush) etc

And that's it.

In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I'll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

shower every day duh. bath 2x a week. i only take baths when im doing my “everything showers” (basically consumerism propaganda that encourages me to do 3-4 hour long bathing routine). u do all the things that u dont really do daily but do 1x-2x a week, like shaving, purple shampoo, etc. this is what the bathing routine usually looks like:

Is the purple shampoo because your hair is dyed or something?

Is the purple shampoo because your hair is dyed or something?
yes, i currently have a very “golden” tone of blonde, so it tends to go brassy very easily. needs to be professionally toned like every 6 weeks. purple shampoo is like at home maintenance toning, cancels out the brassy yellow tones

you would have to try it to understand, its euphoric. close your eyes and imagine lying on a girls chest while she comforts you, brushing her hands through your hair and telling you it will be okay. that’s how i feel as i begin slathering on the pineapple body scrub

How about experiencing it and not imagining 🧿

shave every shower, use body butter to prep, awapuhi paul mitchell shampoo, paul mitchell conditoner, loreal deep condition every 2 weeks, use dry shampoo and conditioner or shea butter when hair follicles are dry, powder for volume, use fluffy comb to volumize my hair and comb for my bangs

he might be genuinely curious like want recommendations for products or wonder if hes doing enough in his bathing routine
I feel like my bathing routine is very simple. I'm curious what it looks like when compared to other peoples.

I should probably stop using 3-in-1 shampoo and get a separate shampoo and conditioner though, lol.
