Gym and lifting is faster and better than calisthenics. Pull-ups train your back the most, chin-ups chest and biceps, dips triceps. You will see effects, but very slow. The reps progression itself is great, but you won't build a very good physique from it on my opinion. Just buy some dumbbels, maybe a small bench, and you're good.Can you still do this at home tho?
