Whats your opinion on videogames. Are they a waste of time?

I wonder what takes longer, if building an athletic physique using calisthenics or bodybuilder physique in the gym
Gym and lifting is faster and better than calisthenics. With calisthenics you build more strength for exercises like pull-ups, and you won't get big from it, unless you will tran for a very very long time and have a very good diet.

Im aiming for this type of physique, but I dont think its possible only by calisthenics

or this one

It all comes down to genes too

Can you still do this at home tho? Ive got a pull up bar and dip bar
Pull-ups train your back the most, chin-ups chest and biceps, dips triceps. You will see effects, but very slow. The reps progression itself is great, but you won't build a very good physique from it on my opinion. Just buy some dumbbels, maybe a small bench, and you're good.
