Ye but I had to bulk up a few kilos to gain some bones so it was like a cycle

Masseter trainers from temu, but I wouldn't recommend doing it

Thx, but I acc had to do a lot of effort cuz I have some health issues Nd stuff, I'd probly be a fat Nd chud now if I didn't wake up to reality. Thankfully I'm just an Nd chud now
