where can i buy tret without a dermatologist reccomendation

If you can't get a prescription for something, it's better to look for an alternative. Buying stuff off of sketchy websites might mean it's not being regulated - and with prescriptions you want to make sure it's going through the whole protocol to make it safe for your skin. It might damage your skin or even cause permanent damage to your skin if you're not careful.

There's a lot of "on demand" dermatologists like hims/hers, but I can't speak for them. Otherwise just get a general retinoid that's being sold in a drug store.
