Which angle do I have to use to rate my maxilla bone?

Do brows and eyelashes of the opposite eye must be hidden or can they be visible? I'm a bit confused.

Would this angle be fine?

I'm asking because it makes a big difference in my case.

And how big is the impact of face fat on the maxilla bone/area? Like, does it make it worse by a lot?

ig you should do a side profile

Alright it’s fortunately not over for me then. Question is, will it even get better with less face fat?
