I have an extremely skinny hourglass figure, and Ive always been trying to gain weight. To me being skinny doesnt look or feel good. I dont like how skinny my legs are or how my arms and wrists look bony. But constantly I see people trying to achieve my body type and warning me against gaining weight.
I dont want to be chubby, just a bit fatter, but now im not sure what to aim for.

Find out ur maintenance calories and eat like 300 over that and eat lots of protein and train legs

Women are not men r****d, they need more fat
Even auschwitzmaxxed men don't look good, total psl meme
Some fat is a sign of health so its attractive, your bones should pop through the fat
Speaking the truth👀

gym physiques are dogshit, also “300 over” is this a lean bulk or a general weight gain recommendation?

Not gonna lie, even if you end up gaining like just a bit more than you want, you can also lose the extra. Just approach weight gain casually, not too fast or too slow and track without external ideology.

i said for men, women shouldn't care too much about having huge popping bones cuz its obviously not feminine
not a problem either way if youre not obese
but already with how my bones look now I look very feminine. Im afraid that if I "lose them" Ill look overly feminine. I think a good dimorphism is like 75-85%

either or tbh I’d just do 300 over personally if you want to gain weight but not a lot of fat
