depends on if u wanna change philtrum length, if you have good lip projection, whether u want permanent or temporary results etc.

implants are permanent so you're sorta biting a bullet there
fillers are good too but you'd have to get them every 6-12 months
fat grafting seems like the best option, none of the lip fat grafting ive seen turned out too uncanny, they seem to be quite conservative

if u wanna do it once and get it over with then implants obv, id prolly say fat grafting for most ppl tho
