Much more extreme than sliding genio, and they are addressing different things

My maxilla is not bad so I fear djs will worsen it instead, I am in the grey area in which to the naked eye the mandible does not look severe but fails to give enough good projection and visible jawline ext ext at the same time addressing only the chin may give an overall inharmonious lower third or relationship to the maxilla

Talk to your surgeon I suppose,

You can get djs after genio but it’s not recommended because the genio can look weird after rotation
