I think mostly recovery which also probably doesn’t have research backing it
 
i believe the cold makes u burn more, cause u have to heat up and that would ACTUALLY burn calories
the heat would just be water weight, not actual calories but i think it would SEEM like u lose more weight that way when its actually the other way around

Hey, don’t be so harsh on yourself. A lot of aspects of weight loss are biological, such as being hungry and getting stuck in binge eating, starving, repeat episodes.

You’re being active which is already better than most. Take it from me, controlled deficits will almost always triumph. Take it slow and find ways to enjoy food in low calorie high protein variations. I believe in you, chin up always!
