For this discussion i will need you to imagine the following:

Forget your name, identity, appearence, and thoughts.

Who are you really?

You age and progress in life, you watch your body react to sudden environments and change. You see how aging is affecting you and what comes with it.

You are the vessel that witnesses the changes, everything you've thought of, or created isn't yours. You are simply an observer, and a witness.

The reason you want something in life is because the observer is noticing the good feeling hormones produce when it is achieved.

The observer (You), is not a part of the feeling or wanting.

Now how can noticing this change change your whole human experience?

For us to actually being able to change our human experiences as humans we have to actually manage the grasp the fact that we are only observers. Using this knowledge as a tool can help you noticing how every thought and action is changing the path of your experience completely.

Use the observer as a guidance tool to guide your mind in directions where your goal is Infront of you.

Think about it as a video game. Your body is the character and the observer is the player. The observer can control where the player is going if you decide to play your experience as the observer instead of the character.

Let the observer play. Don't be the character

you are simply a thing that is wearing your brain, your brain is wearing your body.
