Why are There NO Black Serial Killers

You would assume that there would be atleast a COUPLE black serial killers but no

I cant name 1 black serial killer but I can name TONS of white ones (Dahmer,Bundy,John Wayne Gacy,Golden State Killer, ect)

Maybe because you need a high IQ to evade police for a long time
