What are the benefits of aspirin?
Aspirin is a great tool in improving insulin sensitivity with multiple studies shown to prove. It’s also good for people who tend to resort to natural solutions than chemical ones because it’s derived from tree bark on a specific species of tree called the willow tree. Aspirin is also delivers great neural protection which would logically be obvious due to people using aspirin for all sorts of headaches. Aspirin inhibits the release of histamine which makes it anti inflammatory to a very good extend, pair with vitamin E for best effect. Improves liver function, also down regulating the Aromatese enzyme but not as powerful as 12.5mg of Aromasin but it’s a great thing since aspirin lowers e2 to a extent where your e2 levels would be lower but less of the chance of low estrogenic problems. Aspirin increases your Oxygen intake while at the same time increasing carbon dioxide production which helps with bone health and calcium regulation. Aspirin is protective to the intestinal line, giving it gut benefits. Aspirin blocks the formation of free fatty acids and it increase mitochondrial uncoupling which is extremely important for body temperature. Aspirin+ niacamide (B3) greatly lower cortisol and adrenaline levels.

Instructions.
-Dose:100-300mg (low dose) 300-500mg (I wouldn’t recommend more)
-Dietary support:Aspirin lowers blood glucose,so consume carbs after taking it.
-Caution:300-500mg of aspirin must be paired with 1mg of Vitamin K2 (blood thinning)

It’s good to be back.

I only take aspirin if I have headaches caused by piracetam, otherwise I don't need it

I overdosed on this hehe

no supplement is a "must" buddy , just eat less sugar or less easily absorbed sugar if you want to improve insulin
if you're taking supplements then your diet is just wrong
