Serious Why do emotions have to affect me so viscerally?

I'm feeling so much all at once and there's nothing I can do to suppress these feelings. Emotions themselves are almost tangible to me. What do I do??!!??!

U prob don’t let urself process a lot of stuff fully as it comes so u suppress and bottle it then it gets to a point where it’s overwhelming and you can’t hold it all in anymore so that’s lead you to how you feel rn in this moment.

But I don't feel like crying. It's so strange, almost like a deep yearning or loneliness amplified.
