i’m trying but i’m taking 10k steps a day and following(kinda) a diet plan made by a professional but it’s not working idk why😭
Have you tried one meal a day diet? and I think you should workout too since OMAD and workout is working fine for me (3kg this week but mostly water weight) so it should work for you too I believe.

I had a past with anorexia so idk if I could work this out without ruining my health and making my parents mad but thanks though
 
A lot of professionals lie especially when you're not obese, I've been losing and gaining weight for years the only thing that worked for me is calorie deficit, your steps don't matter, if you're not on a calorie deficit then you won't lose any weight

From my experience When you have a healthy weight, professionals, dietitian, doctors etc give you diets to improve your health, not for weight loss, maybe that's why

Only takes long if you deficient isn't big enough. I could loose 1 - 2lbs a week in a 500 cal deficient and intermediately fasting

i had anorexia in the past and it worked😭 i dont want to ruin my development and health but im thinking on going on 900 calories a day till i lose weight then i’ll slowly go up to my maintenance
