i’m bmi 22 so not overweightA lot of professionals lie especially when you're not obese, I've been losing and gaining weight for years the only thing that worked for me is calorie deficit, your steps don't matter, if you're not on a calorie deficit then you won't lose any weight
From my experience When you have a healthy weight, professionals, dietitian, doctors etc give you diets to improve your health, not for weight loss, maybe that's whyi’m bmi 22 so not overweight
