Why Moisturizer is Cope(1/2)
Regular use of moisturizers is unnecessary for healthy skin, as it can disrupt the body's natural processes of oil production and barrier repair that maintain proper hydration on their own.Why is it cope?
-When you drink the optimal 2-3 liters of water daily, this helps to effectively keep your skin well hydrated, this is because once you drink water, it is absorbed by the intestines, where it then enters the bloodstream and is carried to all of your cells
-Your skin has 3 main layers, the Epidermis, Dermis, and the Subcutaneous tissue
When water flows through your bloodstream, it is carried directly to the dermis which helps keep those cells full and bouncy due to the collagen and elastin found in this layer
Once the dermis is hydrated, the outer layer (Epidermis) uses its barrier made up of lipids and proteins to hold moisture in. But can also be hydrated itself through the diffusion of water upwards from the dermis. Being well hydrated inside ensures this barrier stays strong and healthy causing less water to escape from your skin.
When your skin has enough internal moisture, it looks plump, elastic, and sexy, but if your body's dehydrated, then you look chopped (btw when you do use a moisturizer, it doesn't reach the dermis layer like water does so you have to stay hydrated even if you're using copefuel)
Moisturizers also cause the skin to produce less sebum which is an additional defense against transepidermal water loss, this is why when you stop using moisturizer, your skin dries out and may even start to flake the next few days before your skin can start regulating itself again.

Sybau Copious Cody. If you're using cleansers, then obviously you'll need to moisturize. But Cody, cleansers are copious too.
WHY CLEANSERS ARE COPEFUEL(2/2)
The primary purpose of a cleaner is to remove dirt, oil, sweat, and dead skin cells to prevent clogged pores. But the skin has methods for dealing with this, such as- Sebum and sweat
- Cell turnover
- Skin microbiome
- barrier protection
Sebum, the natural oil produced by your skin creates a thin protective layer.
This layer traps dirt, dust, and small microbes, which prevent them from penetrating deeper into the skin
Sweat contains water, salt, and minimal waste, but as it moves to the surface, it flushes out tiny toxins, this is one of the reasons as to why cardio can improve skin health
Cell Turnover:
The outermost skin layer, the stratum corneum is made of dead cells that naturally shed over time, this process (called desquamation), removes old skin cells along with trapped dirt and debris that could otherwise clog pores.
New skin cells replace the old ones which keeps the skin fresh and functional.
Skin Microbiome:
Large amounts of microorganisms collect on the skin. Blah Blah Blah good vs evil bacteria, good bacteria fights off harmful microbes, which help keep infections at bay.
They also assist with breaking down sweat and sebum which can prevent buildups that could have clogged pores.
Barrier Protection:
The stratum corneum itself forms a really good protective barrier which blocks pollutants, dirt, and pathogens from entering the skin
It also preventing water loss allows for internal fluids to properly flow which aids in the flushing out of metabolic waste through the skin
