Many ppl say it brings better results than mewing and its basiclly ordinary mewing on Steroids!​

Mewing itself is quit shaky, but hard mewing?​

In todays Guide I will Show you Why HARDMEWING is actually dangerous and shouldnt be tried out(with Proof)​

So First of all I will Talk Abt what things can come with Hardmewing and what results you can actually expect and later I will Show u fucked up cases of „Hardmewers“ lol
First of all Hardmewing can give a Shit Ton of asymetry,
even if Done correctly it can fuck up Ur symetry wich we obviously dont want!
It can also give u maloclusion problems and can fuck up Ur tooth and Face devolepment (even if Done correctly)
It can also damage Ur Upper palate and you might Need surgery to fix it, wich isnt cheap and u would technically destroy Ur „Anti–Hardmaxxing“ or „Natty“ Image
It can also make Ur Jaw/Hyoid Region extremly suore!
So dont try Hardmewing and now I will Show u an example…

So I found ths Guy on Reddit, he hardmewed for Abt 2years and broke his Upper palade through that, he got surgery to fix it earlier ths year and u can See his asymetrical teeth+that he got Surgery
No more yappin here is da Pic:

He is now 18 and even had a palade Expander at 15–~17and regular braces at 11–13
So his tooth should all be symetrical and straight on his palade

So I tried Hard Mewing in Late 2023 to mid 2024
and saw no results or Side effects,
besides that my Jaw and Upper palade were hurting quit very much!
Thats it mich fun with other LM techniques and good luck yall!
