Will i get bloated if i eat fruit? Face wise

No
You won’t get bloated anyways if you drink 3-4 Liters of water a day,I used to drink 5 Liters lmao
I do that naturally and my face still gets bloated due high processed sugar consumption comparing to the rest of my alimentation. I don t eat a lot but unhealthy food is 90% of my it

Your body can't use fructose, it needs to pass into the hepatic portal system first, be converted to glucose and then only metabolized

idk more than 30 or 40ish grams of fructose a day?

My issue is that i don t really like real food. I mean I do but my mom uses oil and some salt. Not a lot of it but still

I only drink water naturally.
Also I am quitting processed sugars.
I measured based on average sized fruit quantity of fructose
 
its rlly only salt that bloats a face noticeably
 
If you only care abt facial bloating and nothing else. Just buy some coconut water and drink some of that daily. Lower your salt intake and eat a bunch of fruits and veggies. Drink 2-3L water daily and run a few times per week.

You shouldn’t be bloated if you do this correctly. (face fat will also lessen as you get older)
