When I get up early in the morning. My face may be a little puffy. I have a good sleep, about 8-9 hours (but not today). And so. will this method help me with swelling on my face if I train my neck without weight? I just think it will accelerate my lymph nodes, that is, my blood circulation too. Thoughts?

Ps: The exercises that I mean are attached to the post.

personally i don’t know if neck training would get rid of puffiness/bloating in the neck/face area. it depends on a few factors. what is your diet like? and what time do you eat before going to bed? do eat at regular times or just whenever you feel hungry? etc

I prefer to consume more protein. about 124 grams (2 grams per 1 kg of weight). In the morning, I eat 4 fried eggs without adding sauces, and I also don't eat white bread. I have broth or porridge for lunch, maybe an avocado for a snack. I have meat and rice for dinner, but the rice is in moderation.

I eat 2.5-3 hours before bedtime.

I try to keep the same time for eating.

I drink about 3 liters of water during the day, but I try not to drink before sleep time

Personally no, i don't see the point of how neck training will get you rid of water retention on the face
The only solutions are low intensity cardio and diet.

Also during the night, water retention may migrate, due to sleeping horizontally

I think my diet is quite good, but I don't do cardio in the morning, I'll try the next day and tell you what the changes will be.

No training your neck cannot get rid of puffiness - one way is lymphatic draining using a gua - also use body weight neck training instead of weights

I do MMA so wrestling is huge component Ive realized that body weight exercises are better
