I've been lifting (not very heavy) weights for a good few months and yes, there has been obvious changes in my physique, but I'm just worried I'll get bulkier and thicker as I continue. I go 6 days a week and my trainer doesn't make me do much cardio as he wants me to build more muscle before I can cut down to my goal weight, I should probably trust his advice, but this has been on my mind for quite a while.

Not ideal for longevity.

In terms of muscle building though, I would trust your trainer. It’s probably not ideal to do cutting/bulking in the long run thougj

Post the physique. A before/after for example. Depending your height/weight ratio and your actual age (15-16???) you never get bulky

Remember that the bulky or extra shredded women you see on social medias blast steroids just like men
