anyway my question is, if its possible to fo from my current skin tone (i think its flitzpatrick III) to that?

my body is also wayyyy lighter than my face

It helps that you already have fair skin because it’ll be less noticeable, but the side effects of it can look strange, you will look darker at first and might grow freckles

You don’t look like you even have hyperpigmentation
