Wisdom teeth have no relation to facial features or bone structure. If you don't have them extracted, they can crook your other teeth and really ruin your appearance

You do have a chance of OD'ing on the sedative tho, while you out, you know that right? And you can wake up during the operation, the doctors won't notice and you will feel the pain of having your tooth carved out
