Woke up crying from a nightmare

I was opening to my parents about my struggles and loneliness. Both of them were present not seperate like they usually are. I honestly feel horrible as i haven’t cried from a nightmare in years

my last nightmare was that i was going to pin my tren in my drawer and i picked up the vial and it was named “T R A N” with patrick star underneath jogging happily in bikini bottom with bubbles, i then pulled out a comically large syringe (like 1000ml) to suck the tren oil out the vial, i got some liquid then a like speedster like reverse flash i couldnt really see him but it was either black flash or reverse flash legit whipped past me with red lightning and hit the vial out my hand then it dropped on the floor and all the oil just spilled then i kneeled down distraught then i woke up

I've never cried after a dream. Mine lack emotional complexity, more of a reel of actions.

Sadly I do not get nightmares even though I want them. Being a horror fan is a struggle in and of itself.

As you grow nightmares stop being running from monsters and slashers but rather manifestations of your existential dread and life time regrets.

I dont count those as nightmares. Ive had those too but when waking up i just feel shitty tbh. No adrenaline rush like scary dreams give you.
