best exercises are compound lifts, you can train all your muscles in a few exercises. Doing separate exercises for each muscle is not optimal
I used to gymcel so ik about this but compound is good for athleticism. Compounds dont apply strain specifically to certain muscles. There's a concept called "accessory work" which is like your rear and lateral delts, forearms, etc. All these muscles that dont get strained or stressed enough you would add into your workouts if you're lets say bodybuilding but yes compounds are the best for time, efficiency, athleticism.Nice!!
