cable curls for abs, reverse wrist curls and wrist curls for forearms, and standing curl for biceps, jimmy pushdown for triceps, bench press as a compound, pec fly for chest

lat pull down for lats, cable row for the rest of ur back lol, and lat raise for shoulders too, search up a form tut for most of these if u can, ik it sounds complicated but ull get used to it in like a week or two
 
Sulek curls with a straight bar on the cables did me wonders, only works if you feel the contraction though. For abs, weighted crunches on either the cables on machine work great.
