i’m not knowledgeable about this but i’ve never heard of downgrafting for the ramus only implants, i think it’s best to get a ct scan because u will need one anyway pre operation and a lot of stuff like this comes down to bone width and dental proximity which is hard to assess

Yeah implants aren't good for angularity, they're just good for size. Here's an example of a jaw implant result:


You can see his jaw only got bigger from the implants, if anything it looks bloated.

Love this n***a, you have no idea how much lifefuel this gives me. I've been debating implants vs jaw filler for the longest time. Thanks for telling me this, it saves me a fuckton of time. I wont go overboard with the filler ml, maybe 2ml. I hope that'd be enough for migration to not be a big issue.

But fillers are temporary, is there not a permanent/ long term way to have angularity?
