I mouthbreathe when i sleep and i was using mouth tape for a while but that makes my lips chapped, expensive, and just annoying in general. im hoping this silly device will sort of guide my jaw foreward and stop mouthbreathing in my sleep. im still growing so maybe it would have some sort of maxillary effect on me.

I alr researched this shit like a few months ago and i think there was one that attached in a way that would push your jaw forward instead of backwards
I wouldnt use it either way but tbh if anything id go for the one i js described
Or js keep mouthtaping
