He has very little bone the only way for him to lose bloat will be through buccal fat removal
If I were him I’d get fillers asap this is very below average bone mass

Yeah surgery is his best bet but you know most aren’t gonna get surgery. I genuinely don’t know what this guy could do with his bone structure.
