This isn't infected but the other day i got extremly sick (its basically gone now) and then my wound stopped healing and idk if its okay to leave open bandage or if I should seek medical attention

Don't you have a better quality pic ? By the look of it doesn't seems to be infected, but it looks inflammed. Did you followed my advice for treating that wound ?
