my goal is still set at 4000 for some reason, need to bump it up to 8000 at least

barely anything cus i didn't have much time

tuff!! how long for each? I normally just do incline treadmill for an hour

I average 3000 steps daily
All of those are spent pacing my house while waiting for my food to get ready or walking to my car to go to the gym
