Use an aromatase inhibitor, not so much that you are fully nuking estrogen, but just enough to keep it at bay so your plates don't close as fast
Instead of doing roids like Tren, try something like Anavar + something like Futibatinib
although Anavar doesn't aromatize you can take an aromatase inhibitor still for just a little extra help keeping plates open

also if you wanna break down a cycle do mg per week
and if you are looking at vials i recommend a 10 ml vial and get a vial with (however much mg of substance you want to do a week) per 1 ml
for example if i wanna do 100 mg of tren a week i could buy a 100mg per ml vial and it would last me 10 weeks
