Eat healthy to become beautiful!

Only 2 portions a day to see a difference with your own eye.

In support of this view, we find that the relationship between diet changes and skin reflectance changes shows the strongest association with the absorption spectra of lycopene.

The relationship between diet and skin redness changes also potentially reflects the influence of fruit and vegetable consumption on the skin's blood perfusion. Polyphenols, contained in abundance in fruit and vegetables may contribute beneficially to artery elasticity and endothelium health properties that may positively affect blood perfusion in the skin.

Yes, I noticed However, scientific studies show that fruits and vegetables can have measurable effects on skin and circulatory health. My post was based precisely on this. I respect everyone's dietary preferences. It's normal to have differing opinions.

In fact, this fear often stems from habits and misinformation. Fermented vegetables and raw fruits have been a part of human nutrition for a very long time. When prepared correctly, they are both safe and highly nutritious.

you are what you eat

so fill your body with dirt and oxalates and antinutrients instead of eating meat

This argument also targets meat consumption with the same logic it contains saturated fats, advanced glycation products, and heterocyclic amines. Nutrition is evaluated not by demonizing a single component, but through dose, context, and overall effect. Labeling plant-based foods as "full of toxins" isn't a scientific classification. Human metabolism has evolved with these components for thousands of years. If what you're saying were true, populations with high vegetable and fruit consumption would have worse health indicators the data shows the opposite. This approach isn't biochemistry it's fear marketing. The effects of food should be evaluated with human data, not slogans.

I respect your opinion. However, I believe that the effects of saturated fats should be evaluated not in isolation, but in conjunction with the overall structure of the diet and the individual metabolic condition.

I completely agree, I've seen similar benefits myself. But I think the key is balance even the healthiest-looking things can cause problems in excess.
