its water, you're born with a certain iq.

becomign smarter DOES NOT mean you "raise" your iq.

iq doesn't directly link to becoming smart but rather how fast you learn, understand shit.

@genio this is for you cunt

It changes but only by about 10 points throughout life

so basically nothing unless you're born with above average iq.
Why would being above average matter at all?

are you schizo by any chance? i lowkey didn't mention anyone being dumb <3

pardon?
learn more = more ways of understanding things

so when you learn new shit you can easily connect it to things you've learned before

at some point you stop learning new things altogether and 99% of it is connecting to things you already know

so in a way you can increase your iq

During adolescence iq scores can fluctuate between + or - 10–20 points.

not really raising your iq but basically how iq works.

lot of people misunderstand the environmental effect
your genes dictate the MAXIMUM IQ you can reach is somewhere higher than 2SD above the average

where you would end up is up to you and your lifestyle to an extent , since there's an environmental factor

similar to height, your genes might dictate that you can grow as tall as 189cms
if you don't get the best nutrition and sleep, you will end up shorter

all that said, i don't think there's been any loci identified associated with iq or intelligence, and iq test, although a pretty accurate measure of intelligence is not perfect
