Lower-body resistance exercise can acutely increase anabolic hormone levels
however it only showed a temporary increase which i overlooked initially but it still can lead to an increase ESPECIALLY in lower T people

when observed in normal T subjects but it can help with endocrine balance in people lower in hgh and test but overall yeah it’s a small spike that doesn’t last but i said that in the tldr and regardless of how long it lasts its still beneficialYes the level temporarily rises due to exercise but then returns to normal
