If you consume more calories than you use in a day, your body has no option but to store them
They don’t just disappear
Yes? If I ate more in my puberty I would've been taller

2400 cal bmr

eat in a 350-400 calorie surplus
focus on hypertrophic stimuli centered around compound lifts and accessory lifts alike

consider either U/L 4x a week frequency or PPL with a 6x a week frequency with more moderate rpe
FOCUS ON LEGS as it will lead to a test boost helping everything but pertaining to this especially, appetite

I don’t care how much you think you eat even if you think it’s 5000 calories if u didn’t accurately track it it’s pointless and don’t expect progress

good luck

for gaining weight u should focus on a 45/25/30 macro split in cfp order

How does focusing on legs boost test
tldr-
Yes, testosterone can spike during leg training
Heavy lower-body exercises (squats, leg presses) can cause: short-term increases in testosterone plus growth hormone and other stress hormones

So the study shows:
Lower-body resistance exercise can acutely increase anabolic hormone levels

however it only showed a temporary increase which i overlooked initially but it still can lead to an increase ESPECIALLY in lower T people

not as much of a difference as i thought lowkey but still a cool study

Yes the level temporarily rises due to exercise but then returns to normal

Ur saying duh but u just said more weight more height?
To reach your genetic potential you need to eat a lot
as long as you aren’t malnourished and not getting enough base vitamins and minerals the height difference would be almost negligible so it wouldn’t really make a difference at that level i don’t even know what u guys are arguing im confused

I was malnourished tho

Yes the level temporarily rises due to exercise but then returns to normal
when observed in normal T subjects but it can help with endocrine balance in people lower in hgh and test but overall yeah it’s a small spike that doesn’t last but i said that in the tldr and regardless of how long it lasts its still beneficial

I was malnourished tho
still doesn’t change that you don’t need to eat alot to reach genetic potential just *eat*

Malnutrition during puberty can stunt growth significantly. Puberty is the second most rapid period of human growth (the first being infancy). The body requires adequate calories, protein, and micronutrients to fuel the pubertal growth spurt and prevent the premature fusion of growth plates
