you need way less protein than you think

I see health normies and also retards on these forums obsess over getting in as much protein as humanly possible, for starters you probably need a lot less protein than you think when it comes to muscle building, even when it comes to muscle building, your probably eating too much that isn't even used by the body, but more importantly research shows that high protein consumption is actually a negative in terms of longevity


also ironically the mfs I always see obsessing over protein and over consuming it are always unfit, it's always skinny fat dudes and twinks who are the type to do this shit
