well, if you do boxing then your trainers might put you on specific diets or workout routines, which are ineffective when it comes to “looksmaxxing”, so be aware of that. and the weight doesn’t matter, just make sure you’re only gaining .2-.8 pounds a week

I already play soccer a lot with friends and I’m in the soccer team so that’s not a problem but I like to play video games alone it’s relaxing imi

this is my last warning, delete your account or you’ll hate yourself for the rest of your life. don’t be 30 years old staring at children play and think to yourself “brutal agepill, i want to be young again” while you sit alone with no wife, kids, and are suicidal. all because you couldn’t delete your looksmax account at 14. it doesn't go away

this is true @Iluvodegaard. you don’t have to invent time travel right now, but start building good habits and apply them to your life once you’re older. i promise you, time goes by way faster than you think it does. don’t make the mistake all of us on here made

im just confused as users like mess, hannah, and zygos are/were all pretty active users here, and there is no issue with them? theyre all 15 and under, and i believe mess has been around for quite a long time

For sure, I am the same. I wish I never discovered looksmax.org and the lookism blackpill ideology but I was gullible to believe the exaggeration of the lookism blackpill, but that is growth and we know better now. If I wanted to "glow up" I probably could have figured it out just from surface level "glow up" videos on youtube and common sense.
