If I had to start over theres a lot I'd do differently.

1. I LDAR'd too much and procrastinated getting my drivers license until i was 18. This highkey fucked me when it came to NTmaxxing.

2. I now realize I could've easily figured out how to buy crypto under 18. That was the whole reason i was running sarms and prohormones instead of gear lmao. If I had went straight to real gear I would've ascended much sooner.

3. I tried cutting to super low bodyfat %'s as a teen trying to look like fitness influencers frauding hard when I literally was already lean. This stifled my progress hard & I dont recommend young people do this. If you have abs ur good on bf%.

Honestly I have to say there is more I did right than stuff I'd do over. One of the things I'd like to point out is spending as much time as I did researching performance enhancing drugs & other various bodybuilding looksmaxxing supplements/boosters and or pharmaceuticals even years b4 roiding.

Don't start learning this shit when you decide you wanna do it. Learn it ahead of time such that you know what to do if you DO decide.

Oh also, don't stress too hard about what people think and how you look CURRENTLY if you are a teenager. Dooming will lead to bad decisions made in haste towards ascension when its a slow progression

edit #2: Appealmaxxing is HIGHLY UNDERRATED. I attribute most of my ascension to improving upon my appeal. Features such as my hair, tattoos, outfits, earrings, grooming styles, etc. This is the kind of stuff we have more control over & we can literally turn failos (like my old jewfro) into halos (swag hair)

a lot of steroids, a lot of lifting, cleared my skin up, got tan, grew my hair out to widen my face and hide some failos, wore contacts instead of glasses, used peptides like hgh/igf-1lr3, melanotan2, been mewing since 2018 so that probably actually worked when it came to forward growth, used a lot of sarms and prohormones 16-17 yrs old, grew beard and trimmed it to fraud and accentuate my lower third and zygos, etc etc lot of shit my n
