I have some just below my shoulders like upper chest, they appeared some years after I suddenly lost a lot of weight. What do I do I can't flex my muscles in front of other gym dudes 💔
what motivates you guys to improve yourself or like hitting the gym and all the maxxing
for me maybe it used to be that self proclaimed feeling of righteousness or being better/ superior than everyone around me
honestly been lacking that feeling lately
when was the last relationship you guys had/ are u still in
mine was about 6 months ago since then ive been focussing mostly on myself with the maxxing
been bulking for about 6 months went from 61 kg to 69 kg
