i quit za a week ago because i realized it was holding me back a lot and killing my motivation and ability to have goals. i can definitely say this is true, it’s amazing in the moment but because it was about the only thing i really did i wasn’t fulfilled and i kept chasing more and more to cover that lack of fulfillment up. i felt myself heading further towards it becoming an actual drug problem and wanted to stop before that happened. i do miss it sometimes but not really enough to go back. exercise has actually helped a lot more than i thought it would, endorphins and such i guess. my sleep and eating have been normal although i have very vivid dreams now which i don’t really mind.

you gotta start doing coke, it can keep you energetic
